A potential move from Al-Hilal for Sesko would leave Inzaghi’s side in contention to sign the Slovenian international.
Ufabet Sports understands the Gunners have held preliminary talks with RB Leipzig over a deal for Cechko and are considering terms and conditions.
It is understood that the sought-after forward is relaxed about the situation and will not complicate the situation to force a move.
Al-Hilal looked set to sign ex-Napoli star Osimhen – who spent last season on loan at Galatasaray.
But the Nigerian international – who helped Galatasaray win the league – rejected a stunning £650,000-a-week deal from the Saudi champions.
Galatasaray are now believe to be favourites to sign Osimhen – who score 26 goals in 30 league matches on loan.
However, Sesko is keen on playing for Arsenal and the Champions League, with the Slovenian international delight that the Gunners have been interest in him for some time now.
Meanwhile, Arsenal are also looking at other options, including Sporting Lisbon’s Viktor Gyokeres.
